Απ' τα ψηλά στα χαμηλά
κι απ' τα πολλά στα λίγα ....

I am sure that no tourist or sight-seer contributed the lagoon of Mesologi to get this look.

Υπάρχουν εικόνες που δυστυχώς δεν είναι όμορφες. Υπεύθυνος σχεδόν πάντα είναι ο άνθρωπος.
Συγχαρητήρια στις τοπικές αρχές!
Συγχαρητήρια στους ντόπιους!
Δεν πιστεύω ότι ήταν τουρίστες ή περιηγητές όσοι συνέβαλαν να πάρει αυτή την όψη η λιμνοθάλασσα του Μεσολογγίου.
Μία πόλη που θέλουμε να την λέμε ΙΕΡΗ! Για να την ονομάζεις έτσι πρέπει να την σέβεσαι!
Είναι εύκολο να φωτογραφίζεις τις πελάδες ή την Βαράσοβα και να μην στρέφεις τον φακό σου λίγο δεξιότερα ή πίσω σου. Ο "βούρκος" είναι εκεί και δεν θα φύγει όσο τον κρύβουμε!
Εγώ πάντως δεν μπόρεσα να κρυφτώ από την συνείδησή μου! Ευτυχώς!
Άραγε οι συνειδήσεις πόσων λειτουργούν κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο;

Θανάση καλησπέρα,
απ΄ότι βλέπω πολλοί είναι εκείνοι που γυρίζουν το βλέμμα τους αλλού όταν βλέπουν τέτοια κατάντια του περιβάλλοντος,και όταν μάλιστα πρόκειται για την γνωστή λιμνοθάλασσα του Μεσολογγίου.Ωραία φωτογρφία ρεπορταζ, πρέπει κατά την γνώμη μου να την τυπώσεις και να την στείλεις σε όλους τουν 'αρμόδιους'.

Hello Athanasios,
not a nice picture at all but certainly very important. Spoiling and destroying the environment are not acceptable anywhere - the fact that you could find similar scenes in Hungary as well is not a comfort, neither for you, nor for me. You have right, we should protest anywhere we can!

The sight is repulsive as many people don't want to care for the earth. But the image here is well captured with good depth and details. Whose to blame for all these sickening behavior?

Γεια σου Θαναση.Ζητω η καταντια μας,η παροιμια(παραδειγμα προς αποφυγη) λεει:"Μακρια απ τον κωλο μας και οπου θελει ας ειναι".Το ενδιαφερον,η καθαριοτητα και η οικολογικη μας συνειδηση σταματα στο τελος της αυλης μας,για να μην θιξω ολες τις παραμετρους της ζωης μας γενικα οπου ισχυει η ιδια παροιμια.Και καλο θα ηταν για το συγκεκριμενο θεμα, να κατηγορησουμε πρωτα αυτους που τα πετουν και μετα αυτους που δεν τα μαζευουν.

belle photo de ce dépotoire ou les crasses des touristes pour beaucoups viennent se regrouper oules vent les poussent, souvent dans les endrots délaissé par les tour opérators, endoit ou se retouvent les autoctones qui nous serve ou vende des souvenirs dans leurs petite boutiques.

καταρχήν συγχαρητήρια για της σημείωσης σου η οποία έχει πολλούς αποδέκτες! εδώ και καιρό έχω χαρακτηρίσει την παρουσίαση σου useful αλλά περίμενα να καταλαγιάσει η οργή μέσα μου εμπρός σε αυτό άθλιο θέαμα, αλλά αδίκως, το όποιο όπως και να το χαρακτηρίσεις είναι λίγο, ειλικρινά λυπάμαι για κάποιους που ζουν ανάμεσα μας και έχουν το θράσος να ξεπορτίζουν από τους αναπαυτικούς καναπέδες τους και να χρήζονται επισκέπτες της φύσης, στα σπίτια σας όλοι! δήθεν ταξιδιώτες, ανάψτε τα τζάκια σας και κάψτε την βρωμιά σας και την γ…κουλτούρα σας!!!

Unfortunately as a tourist I had more or less the same impression, I was in Annavissos and I could see similar views everyday:) Sad but true, good point for explanation note and thank you for showing REAL Greece:)

Hi Athanasios,
Congratulations for having post this one. It sure looks repulsive, but once in a while it's important that we see and show some of the less pretty views that abound in our world. You show very effectively the pollution, but also the context and I can't help thinking how the compo would render a beautiful photo if all that garbage was cleaned.
