The peak in the foreground is one of many high up in the Akarnanika Mts. The photo elevation is 1500 meters. In the immediate foreground is the hilly region that seperates Aitoloakarnania and Evritania. In the background on the right is Mt Timfristos. The peaks on the right form the pentakorfo, region of the Panaitoliko mountains.
On this amazing morning views were available all the way to Vardoussia to the west and Erumanthos to the south. The Akarnanika offer views in a 360 degree fashion.
