Photographer’s Note
Julia Dream
Sunlight bright upon my pillow
Lighter than an eiderdown
Will she let the weeping willow
Wind his branches round
Julia dream, dreamboat queen, queen of all my dreams
Every night I turn the light out
Waiting for the velvet bride
Will the scaly armadillo
Find me where I'm hiding
Julia dream, dreamboat queen, queen of all my dreams
Will the misty master break me
Will the key unlock my mind
Will the following footsteps catch me
Am I really dying
Julia dream, dreamboat queen, queen of all my dreams

Hello Thomas,
A fine portrait, with the lady in delicate grey tones against a background which echoes a thousand times the curles of the ladies hair. I would be curious to know if you created this effect or if is a happy coincidence ?
Regards,
Paul

curls curls curls...
they capture my attention here...
curls on her wig, curls on her dress, curls of the tree in the bokeh...
the photo has such a delicate and baroque taste in it. i somehow feel happy looking at it. even though it is b&w, i can feel the warmth of the light.

Hello Thomas.
a himn to delicacy is what this photo reminds me. Delicacy in her smile, in her gesture, in this smooth B&W and on this atmosphere of other era you recreate with this photo.
Cheers.
