Hi Jacques, that's nice, perfectly frozen. It seems to see all the scene, pick up a pebble, charging the arm and the launce.

Very nice photo Jacque. The "contre lumiere" makes the water to look wonderful and the boy like a silhouette from an ancient spear thrower.
Very good B/W performance.

Je trouve cette photo réussie avec les effets de matières au sol ! Brillance et matité font un bel équilibre. Et puis le cadrage laissant peu de place au ciel et plaçant le garçon dans un quart de la compo sont judicieux.

Hi Jacques,

Nice choice for B&W. The high contrast and silhoutte are very interesting. The depth offered both by the lines and the layering effect of the hazy land and clouds in the distance are great. Thanks for sharing.

In general I am not a fan of B&W pictures but this is really perfect. Perfect light and reflections, and the black human silouhette is placed in the right position, caught at the right moment. I like the overall sharpness too. The details in the foreground also give something more to the picture.
