It could be a bit surprising, but this palace was built only hundred years ago for the Millennium Exhibition, the grandious ceremony of the thousend-year-old Hungarian state at the turn of the 19th century.

This is one pavilon of an ensemble called castle Vajdahunyad on a little artificial lake in the big City Park summarizing the historic art styles in Hungary (each pavilon has some parts, some essential elements copied from a famous Hungarian building). This Palace was built in (neo-)baroque style.

Nowadays works as exhibition hall of Hungarian Museum of Agriculture. Nice symbol that Flora has already occupied the building outside also.
