Photographer's Note

This area is known as Slieve League but is really called Bunglass. The cliff itself is Slieve League which in Gaelic means "Stone Mountain".

The cliffs are over 600 metres high - among the tallest in Europe. You can hike them but it's really only for intrepid hikers (not me) as the path along the top is very narrow and dangerous. A high wind could result in disaster. The plus side is that you get magnificent views of water on both sides of the cliff.
