Photographer's Note

Ashford Castle is another one of those Castles you should put on your list to see. Its just so elegant, so large, so fun to photograph, you have to see it in person.

Click on Ashford to see the TE Beta version which is much clearer and more defined.

ASHFORD CASTLE.

Noel has posted several photos of this Castle, so that alone was reason enough for me to want to visit :)

I don't think we've see this exact pov before though. I wanted to use my ultra wide angle lens to capture the water fountain in the fg. To this day, it still annoys me that I didn't get the left side of the circle inside the frame. A bit of a mistake on my end there. I guess I was in a hurry to capture the scene because I wanted to make sure I got the little boy playing in the water, before he quickly got up and ran away.

This is actually the back side of the Castle, much prettier and more photogenic than the front side.
After taking these photos, it was nice to have brunch on the grounds. I was also dying to fly my drone here, but that wasn't going to happen with all the security around.

Hope you like this one
