Photographer's Note

Please take a look at the cemetery on the TE Beta website. Here, its very blurry, at least on the Beta site you'll see a good photo. click on the word Neale below. This photo was taken with the drone.

NEALE.

Never heard of Neale Cemetery before? Not to worry, I think most people have not.

This is a cemetery i found while I was driving towards Ashford Castle, the Castle from my previous post. You can chalk this one up to one of those unexpected finds. What I liked about this location was the abandoned church, thats what caught my attention the most.

A big thank you goes out to John (TYRO) who helped me find this place on the TE MAP. As for the cemetery itself, i could find very little about it on line, perhaps Noel or some other Irish TE members know something about it?

As i'm not an expert on cemeteries, not even close, John also pointed out to me how rare it is to find such a cemetery. He pointed out how close the plots are to each other, almost touching each other, and how they're covered with pebbles and or stone, which is also rare. Not only that, but the cemetery is still being used today despite the fact the church is abandoned many years ago and now is left in ruins. Quite the interesting place!

Hope you like this drone shot, its something different as this cemetery has probably never been posted on TE before. Perhaps I stumbled upon something quite unique. I would have captured more drone shots but the batteries were running low.
