Photographer’s Note

Hello Olivier,
I know this place very well;)
This is a well composed shot taken from a good POV. Of course the weather could have been better but then the whole mood of this photo would be different. I have to say that I really like that gray and rainy mood and this beautiful view. It is an ideal picture for Saint Patrick's Day!!
Best regards and Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Bonsoir Olivier,

Olivier,
Very nice shot of a typical Irish contryside, showing land open meadow with lovely pink flowers as in the forground leading us into the middle ground of the statues, I wish the statues is a bit more significant in size to serve as an anchor point for our vision. The sea and distant hills with houses and farm and really show the essence of Irland. Unfortunatet the weather is not as good for you, but you did a wonderful job with the deatial under such low light. Happy St Patricks day to you too.

Bonjour Olivier

Yves.

Hi Olivier,
it is a very pretty shot from Ireland.
Or rather I should say a very true shot.
The colors are very natural.
Ireland is advertising itself as a country with 40 shades of green but it is only true with a sunny weather. On most days it looks like in your photo, which is still interesting and certainly requires a lot of creativity from a photographer.
It is so easy to take a shot in California! but come to Ireland and you will see how difficult it may become. :)
Thanks for sharing this place, I plan to visit Mayo and I need some ideas where to go...
