Piazza 7 Aprile 1944 - Leonessa (Ri)
It is thus named in memory of the 51 victims barbarously murdered by the Nazi troops on 7 April 1944 in Leonessa.
Trapezoidal in shape, it has always been the urban fulcrum of the city's social, civil, political, religious and commercial life. In fact, it still houses the Town Hall, the weekly market, the important church of San Pietro.
