Photographer’s Note

Waiting springtime, I post another view of the countryside near my home. These are vineyards and in the background, a cultiivation of "barbatelle", which are little grapevine plants; Rauscedo is a very important place in Italy for "barbatelle": if someone wants to plant a new vineyard he buys little plants cultivated here.

I liked the geometric effect of the vineyards and the yellow Tarassaco flowers.

As we were discussing about to leave the trees far away or to cut them, I posted also a WS to show another pic of the same place in which I captured only the vineyards. You can choos which one you prefer!!

Vinrayds have a deffinate appeal at this time of year. Good graphic result here, especially catching the angle in the rows, though I think I'd ahve preferred a tighter crop in this case, cutting the trees in the background.

Buona Pasqua, Livia, mi piace molto la geometria dell'inquadratura, su linee parallele in primo piano e convergenti in secondo piano. Anche il giallo delle margherite sul terreno fra i filari di barbatelle dà un effetto cromatico che esalta la geometria.

I like this "pattern" of agriculture in your region -and especially the green grass and the flowers. Spring hasn't yet reached my region. Thank you for showing this interestinh photo!

In mezzo a tutte le tue foto "esotiche" (non ho ancora avuto il tempo di guardarle con calma) questa mi e' saltata all'occhio perche' molto familiare.
Ne ho fatta una molto simile alla tua, ma purtroppo e' uscita con una larga fetta di cielo BIANCO.
