Church of Santa Maria del Giglio in Venice, built in the late 17th Century; not so old by European standards, I know. I thought the facade was impressive and the baroque patterns are more pronounced in b&w.

I like this one for the great angle of view and the beautiful details on the building. Black and white does bring out the detail nicely.
