Another Venice sunrise, taken from the docks along the Piazza San Marco. I like this one for the painterly reflections on the water.
Technical: Scanned by ScanCafe. Some cropping. Slight sharpening - maybe a trifle too much, but although I checked the image in the browser before uploading it, I did not see the halos until afterwards. < sigh > |

a quite old shot with an huge charm that shows exactly what attracts so many people to this city of Santa Lucia di Venetia. I just can't understand why you cut the upper lamp. That really makes this incomplete. Why did you do that?

A good minimmalistic compo of the lamp post and sun, with nice little reflections on the water... As it is a scan, somehow the quality is not the same as digital, but the atmosphere is well rendered here!
