Photographer’s Note
It might be of interest to know that the church was named after the Russian Emperor Nicholas Romanov. When Windawa clergy asked him for help,help was given and in 1835 the church was opened after 18 months of construction. Even today it remains a most photographed landmark sight of Ventspils.
