Craig,

I wouldn't call Drogas an upmarket shop, it's just a normal drugstore. I think it is good that the photo is on TE, but I don't agree with her 'wonderful' expression. Some people beg here to make a living. But others (most) desperately need the money for medication, rent or whatever. You will only see people beg in the center, I don't know why that is, but I think it is because they know foreigners go there, and Latvians who on average have a higher income.
