Photographer’s Note

The small principality of Lichtenstein is wedged between Austria and Switzerland. For skiers the principality offers small but beautiful ski resort of Malbun. The houses of Malbun are huddled in a small narrow Valley surrounded by high mountains.

Beautiful and peaceful indeed. The view toward the mountains is breathtaking. I imagine sitting there and enjoying the sun rise and set every day. Good balanced image with nice colours and an excellent perspective of this place. Nice work George :-)

C'est vrai que celà vaut le coup de s'asseoir un moment devant un tel spectacle. Voilà une composition bien faite et bien équilibrée avec la présence de ces jeunes femmes qui ajoutent de l'animation à l'image.

Having somebody looking into the frame always works well to draw the viewer's eye into the scene, and here you have four of them! I like how you placed the seated girls centrally in the frame. I think I'd probably have put them to one side, so it's good to see how doing things in a different way can also work well.
The only negative point is the massively over-exposed sky, but the fact that it's almost a uniform white doesn't make it such of a problem.
Overall, very well taken George.
