Great view, nice looking lake. Good colors, only the top of picture is overexposed and the photo was taken probably through the window, so there are some signs of reflection.
But overall it is good photo.

A very good photo of Palanga pier, You have taken from a very good position, Like the stones and good colour.
I do not think taken through a window. I know this spot quite well.
Good composition, like it.
