Bay windows

| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
Bay windows of the Republic Street in Valletta. This type of windows is very usual in Malta and gives more light to buildings next to narrow streets.
The flag of Malta uses the traditional red and white colors of the knights of Malta. The George Cross was added to the flag after World War II, as King George VI of Britain presented it to islanders for outstanding gallantry during the war. The present design dates from 1964 when the islands gained independence. |

Hello Kari,
I like very much the low point you choose to take this shot!We can enjoy the classic building and the contrast with the blue sky.The flag also gives a very nice colour tone!
Best wishes,
Thomas
