Hi Kari, a nice idea, i can't help thinking a smaller aperture would have made an interesting alternatve, better DOF and a longer shutter speed for a more impressionistic kind of watery representation... and ,maybe a litlle underexposed? still i like your idea and compositon very much

Nice composition for your in teresting night shot , I would prefer an horizontal shot , good colours and fine light management , well done.

I really like this one Kari. It looks like quite a unique POV to get the in-coming waves in the fg and the well-lit building in the bg. The shutter speed works well on smoothing out the waves to some extent. I would like to see a version with a slower speed too; not as an alternative as this is good, but in addition.

Hi Kari,
I don't ordinarily like the blurred water effect but it is very dramatic here in this blue hour shot. I also like the reflected light on the water a lot. HLJ,

Hello Kari. Your photo outstanding composed and technically realizes. Áuch the depth sharpness is exemplary. From the dark one the hotel emphasizes itself like a light island. Thus it works mysteriously. A beautiful result. Best regards, Wolfgang.
