This is the one of the last three jungles in Europe, with the typical jungle vegetation. The National Park takes 5400ha of the central part of the Bjelasica Mountain, between the rivers Tara and Lim in Montenegro.

Hello David and Nina and welcome to TE community. Hope you will have lots of fun, and learn even more.
Now, onto the business. Good idea. There is lots of potential in this photo, however it falls short of expected result. Composition is good except for the pile of white rocks in the foreground. They are somewhat distracting in the sense that the eye naturally gravitates toward it, hence being distracted from main subject, that is green flora in the background. Colors are good, but a longer exposure, say 1/30 s would produce better color results and brighter image. F stop is too large for these kinds of photos since DOF is too short; consequently image looks out of focus. Finnaly, it is always good to apply some sharpening to the image. Hope I was helpfull :)

Excellent picture and nice scape, but in my opinion if you had changed the POV and went closer to ground you could avoid the share of the picture the white pebbles are taking, because they are kind of 'out of the loop'. If you tried to take the shot with the log closer to you rather than the pebbles, it would enhance the creek and the greenery around it. Over all very nice scape.

To an untrained eye, the pebbles seem overbalanced, but they are leading the observer into the photo and it gets a depthness that is rarely found in a "vegetation photo".
Excelent choice.

Très jolie couleurs, tu aurais peut-être utilisé un filtre Polarisant pour éviter le reflet dans l'eau
