Medieval Zutphen

If it weren't for the lamppost and the litter bin, I guess this picture could have been taken centuries ago. As you could see in my previous post, quite a large part of Zutphen's medieval city walls still exists and so does one of the city gates, the Drogenapstoren, which was built between 1444 and 1446. When I walked through this gate, I was surprised to find these old brick houses on the other side.
