The Great Church of Mary Magdalene in Goes was built in 1423 in Goes and it stands on the square behind the market.
The construction of the church in its present form began around 1470 with the choir. In 1618 there was fire in the church by an error of a plumber. In the same year began to rebuild and the church was completed in 1621. The church was in the late Gothic style.

Goes - is a city located in the Dutch province of Zeeland. Goes has about 27,000 inhabitants (2009) and is the capital of the eponymous municipality Goes.
