This circular window is postioned above the main entrance to the Knights Hall in The Hague.
Eight Coats of Arms surround the Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the middle.
The smaller coats of arms represent several rulers that were of importance for our country, like Emperor Charles the Fitfth and Queen Wilhelmina.
In the middle the most important Coat of Arms: The Dutch Lion, accompied with two other lions holding the coat and above the crown.
Underneath: the device in French "Je Maintandrai", or "I will maintain". It leads back to Prince william of Orange, founding father of our nation. |

With the perspective feature of PHOTOSHOP, I think you would be able to make a pefect circle of this beautiful heraldic window.
As shown it seems oval.
