Photographer’s Note
Early sunday morning in Amsterdam. One of the few moments I can really enjoy: no cars, no sounds, no people. Then it is "my" city. In a couple of hours this place will gradually fill up with people, mostly tourists. The weather is not nice, it's damp and cold, and still I enjoy being here. In a short while I'll leave this place to the tourists, they may have it. But now.... it's only mine.
No filter applied, just pure 100% Amsterdam fog. Cropped few colorful cars parked along the left bank of the canal (in Dutch: "gracht").

De acordo com a data em q a foto foi tirada penso q foi posta no pc através de scanner, msm assim está uma imagem mto curiosa e com a sua explicação dá p perceber melhor o significado q ela tem para si, a foto e a sua cidade. Parabéns!!

You chose the right time to take a shot of such wonderful and eerie mood. The city appears to be sleepy and tranquil. It looks like you had it all to yourself. Very Amsterdam. Very Dutch. Wonderful tones and reflections well captured. Great composition!

I like this. It really captures the atmospheer and is so clearly Amsterdam. I can imagine myself standing there looking at it, feeling cold.
