Hallo Jaap,
Ik heb niks met John 3:8, maar dit terzijde.
Gefeliciteerd met je nummer 600, dat is een flink eind, dat ga ik denk ik nooit redden, zoveel goeie heb ik niet eens ;-)
Natuurlijk een molen, onze trots van het land. Deze types hebben wij hier niet in het noorden, het zijn hier toch vooral de grondzeilers die het landschap sieren. Deslaniettemin vind ik deze types erg mooi om te zien. Het is geen eenvoudige foto geworden.
Licht was niet optimaal in de lucht, een grijs verloop filter had hier wellicht nog iets meer uit weten te persen. Tevens staat die knotwilg gelukkig nog niet vol in bloei anders had hij helemaal de weg versperd. Eerst vond ik niet paal links ook niet mooi, maar bij ander inzien moet hij toch blijven. Toen ik hem er hier af ging knippen was de hele voorgrond weg. Had je wellicht zelf ook al gezien dus hij mag en moet zelfs blijven ;-)
Het donkere water met die strook donkergroen gras vind ik heel mooi, dat geeft er wat extra kracht aan gezien die lucht nogal licht is, mooi contrast. Lichte beweging in de wieken vind ik ook mooi opgezet, geeft er een levendig gevoel aan...mooi.
Al met al strakke compositie. Niet je beste, maar kan er prima mee door.

This little part of the wooden balustrade is like a repetition of the mill`s wings and good for the balance.I like too the metalic blue tones of the water.A great shot!!!

PROFICIAT VRIEND JAAP, 600 maal.

Beste vriend, 600 foto's, ik ben zeker dat u er 1200 in reserve zitten heeft, maar het leerproces laat ze in de achtergond verdwijnen, om de laatste nieuwe te kunnen tonen.
Water en wind, veel bezongen en veel tegen gevochten gedurende honderde jaren, en dankzij de oude windmolen heeft men vroeger veel droge voeten kunnen behouden, nu zijn de technieken stukken veranderd tegen over vroeger.
Maar steeds weet u het Hollands glorie hoog in uw vaandel te dragen, en ons een beeld te tonen met schitterend zaken op.
Ja de hemel was nu niet de allerbeste, doordat u geen blinkende schapenwolken kon laten zien, maarja de weerspiegelingen zijn darentegen een beauty.
Wanneer ik goed kijk was de molen wel aan het draaien, er zit lichte beweging in de wieken, dit is een extraatje.
Jaap jongen, op naar de duizend, en eentje met de keer, en we komen er wel, misschien wel hand in hand kameraden, wie weet!
Mooi gedaan, bedankt.

Showing both sides of the waterway in green and yellow tone to give a good contrast of reflective blue water and the windmill has a nice effect for this pov. I particularly find the strong reflection of mill to be attractive in showing peace and calm.

It's such a great view of this windmill: a real symbol of Holland!

Jaap,
all the windmill shots that I saw so far from Netherland were always static. I was wondering if they ever move. Finally I see a shot where the slight blurr gives the impression of movement and that is something that I like a lot in this image.
To comemorate the 600th post you should have catched a windmill not with 4 blades but with 6 ... :-)

Gefiliciteerd met je 600de post, en natuurlijk moet je dit vieren met een molen! Mooi perspectief lijnen die ons naar de molen brengen en zijn weerspiegeling. Een goede scherpe foto met mooi details. Ik zie er na uit om nog veel meer Nederlandse beelden van jouw te zien.
