My third upload on Veteran's Day.

p = F / A (pascal / psi), pressure is the force over an area applied to an object in a direction perpendicular to the surface.

In the case of this musical veteran, next to the pressure on his instrument, there is also the peer pressure - perhaps even in higher yields than the 'physical pressure' on the instrument.

Peer pressure is a term describing the pressure exerted by a peer group in encouraging a person to change their attitude, behavior and/or morals, to conform to the group's actions.

Veteran's Day in the Netherlands is a day to give all Dutch veterans the acknowledgement and respect they deserve - from the government as well as Dutch society.

Technical note:
During Veteran's Day, I stuck to my 105mm f/2.0 DC lense. Frontal defocus f/2.0, creating deeper blur of the arm in the foreground.

Hallo Dennis,
Voor mij persoonlijk zit hij te strak in het kader. Zijn hand word afgebroken en is tevens aan de overbelichte kant...net als zijn horloge. Tsja, gaat nergens over natuurlijk, maar viel me wel direct op. Misschien komt dat ook omdat de scherpte daar niet aanwezig is waardoor er een ietwat wazig beeld onstaat in die gedeeltes.

Very nice picture taken in the exactly right moment. You caught the mood perfectly and I like the expression in the mans face. Nice focus on his face (good choice of f/2.8) and brilliant sharpness.
The title is really good and thanks a lot for the note, it is really interesting.
