Flying from OSLO to TROMSO, at that point we were almost getting to our destination! It was around ten o'clock and, of course, the sun wouldn't set! We were flying above the Arctic Circle!

Bonjour Neyvan,

Il y a quelque chose de très spectaculaire dans cette photo. Même si l'aile d'avion est haute dans le ciel elle semble trop près de la cime des montagnes en Norvège. De quoi serrer les fesses.

Marvelous view fro the plane. The mountain range topped with snow, the fjord - all looks fantastic. Superb depth and sharpness through the plane windows.

What a beautiful view of this mountain landscape and the fjord running through the centre. The light was beautiful and adds a nice and warm hue in addition to the many bluish tones. I like the pattern created by the snow on the slopes in the foreground.

Warm midsummer light is just perfect. Those mountains seem to be quite close as the plane is already descending. Thin layer of clouds coming over mountain tops looks awesome.

so this was 10 pm? thats very cool.
when i'm flying, it seems like I'm ALWAYS at the wing so I don't get any photos. this is a sweet one, showing the rugged landscapes of Norway. good depth in it too.

Fabulous... must be so inspiring to see this Arctic Circle icy landscape from this high vantage point that easily catches the eyes. The contrast between blue, white and deep brown is especially jaw dropping, and love the feel of extensive space, detail throughout and the wing portion leads for extra visual interest blessed by a fine weather. It's superbly balanced shot, finished off by an excellent colour scheme. Indeed a compelling once in a life time shot one to be proud of! Congrats.

Hello Neyvan,

A lovely aerial shot and one of remarkable quality considering that it must have been taken through an aircraft's windows which are not always very clean!

The light is amazing, we can see some light cloud below you and we have a beautiful uninterrupted view as far as the distant snow-capped mountains on the horizon beneath a lovely sky.

Perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.

I like the composition with the small part of the wing parallel to the fjord.

very impressive view indeed! I like the snow covered mountains. It does feel as if it was far north just by looking at it. Great quality photo from the plane. The presence of the water in the distance adds also some more interest.

a thrilling view from the plane window, it's high enough for us to feel the fascination of the flight and low and clear enough so that we can discern a lot of information and marvel at the view.
