Hello people, Internationally people are obviously not used to the thought of the midnight light in the North of the globe, so I will give you some samples on that light hence, with smashing images from the Lofoten islands..
This picture shows clearly the curve og the Earth on the horizon, and prove Galilei's theory already then in the 15s., that he had to deny, as we know..
This picture is shot just minutes before 12 o'clock midnight, and I tell you, that is a fabulous sight and ambiance - especially when weather is like it was here, suitable termperature around 15 +, and the smell of the ocean of freshnes, one can cut throught it.
