Photographer’s Note
The old part of Bergen is a motley city. It has grown more or less by it self without to much regulations from local authorities, some places this has created a beautiful and picturesque disorder.

Hi Earling,
Well captured roof tops.
The different colours of the tiles
creates a nice stairway like effect.
Good POV.
Regards.

Hello Erling,
I like the big emphasis to the red roofpans, taking my eyes to the fine old architecture behind!
Tight framing works well, fine details and good colour reproduction...
The upward point of view adds dynamics to the composition!
Greetings,

Hello Earling,
Excellent POV. Like diagonal pattern that the tile roofs have. also how the composition leads the eye to the house on the top of the hill.
Beautiful little town.
thank you sharing
keep on shooting :)

Hi Erling,
As a student, I lived in Bergen many years ago; first in a little house close to Bryggen and later in Sandviken. I loved every minute of it. I have very fond memories of Bergen. Your photo is a good representation of the city and its lovely houses. I would call it order where you see disorder. Come and see Istanbul, you will understand what I mean. ;-)))
