Red trees of autumn Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is from the trip I had last week with my father. We found many autumnal colours, among them these trees. This was taken pretty close to the shot I posted some days ago, near the funicular station at Skansemyren.

wonderful contrast...I love the brown/orange leaves contrasting with the grey/green trunks....

furthermore the tree sequence makes the compo a bit graphic as well.

Nice contrst with the bark and leaves. Nic image. A little out of focus, maybe a F stop of 11 or 16 would help on the clarity. Still nice work

Nice autumnal colors on this one, the background almost seems to be glowing in the brown/orange with a low angle of sunlight. Simple framing but the trees in the foreground works rather well.

Image full of beautiful atmosphere, I much like the contrast between the red leaves and the gray tree trunks, well done compliments.
It need only of a bit more of DoF but anyway is good.

This is really beautiful...you know, there's no dearth of autumnal pictures posted here, but one needs to be refreshingly different to stand out...you did just that with the trunks of the trees interspacing the autumnal leaves creating an impression of vertical bars through which the viewer looks at the lovely dress of nature. We do not see such colours in my country, since our vegetation is primarily evergreen. Perhaps I might say, that for such pictures, a narrower DOF would be ideal to have the ebtire picture in focus...but that's my humble view. Like this a lot..keep it up Fredrik

The red colors of the sheets of autumn are superb behind this curtain of beeches almost in black and white. There is the feeling which the forest is burning. It very well is seen and carried out, cheer.
