Very nice sense of vertigo in this photo. I actually clicked on it in the Gallery, just to try to understand what I was looking at. Even looking at it up close I still have to wonder a bit. I really like the boys reflection in the glass and the white on the left. It creates an interesting frame. Well done.

Hej Gunnar,
The sharp angles and reflecting surfaces make for an interesting composition, where the boys provide colours and liveliness. However, I don't understand why you think that anyone could mistake shining white marble for an overexposure. I have noticed from other pictures that the choice of material for the Oslo opera has made the building painful to the eyes in sunshine and almost hopeless for photographers.

This image is disconcerting at first glance. It is superbly framed. It is a composition seen well and perfectly carried out. I looked at all the links, which show an exceptional architecture which remains human. It is an excellent work.

Hej Gunnar, Its really sad, not your photo but me, missing the operahosue in may (17th) when I visited Oslo. However the national day was busy playing in an orchestra. I love the angel and the children playing. Its hard to tell the horizon and you even caught a little reflection ;)

I like the different composition and the POV, the overexposed area makes a sharp and strong graphic element that makes the picture more interesting. outside that Im spending more time outside in the nature than in front of the computer, so there will probably be more images one rainy day in the future.
