The overall atmosphere of this photo is rather gloomy, but looking at my screen I get the impression that I'm seeing a 3D image. Despite the low light, you've managed to capture many details and there's a tremendous depth in this composition.

The treatment of this sky is imposing and gives to the marine landscape a very strange atmosphere. This snow-covered way contrasts well with the rest of the elements of the photograph. It is an image pleasant to look at. A beautiful work, cheer.

Hi, Jack. First of all, let me wish you a very happy 2007. I thought of you this morning while looking at Rockyboy's picture of your chalet. Here, the dark clouds create a wintery atmosphere enhanced by the small strip of snow along the shore. The rocks stand well out in the grey surroundings and the bushes in the foreground bring variety in the colour tones.
