Nice picture. The hilly meadow give a nice feeling of depth. I like the combination of the white snow, the red houses, the blue sky and the green trees. But I think I would have cropped a bit of the sky, not to much, because some of the clouds have really fine shapes.

very nice to see yesterday in Norway .. Sorry to say that today here it's raining and relatively warm..6°C.. No more snow on the ground..
This is a lovely landscape Jack, beautiful.

Very nice winter landscape, Jack. Beautiful light, and compo-wise a nice low placement of the horizon. I think the plowmarks accentuated by the layer of snow add to the interest of your photo. Good shot.

If I want to find snow, I have to go more in the east of Belgium and this week-end, I heard there was traffic jam because everybody wanted to see the snow...
Anyway, it's a nice picture and your not is another indication about the global warming...

Very nice Jack, great immense huge sky, the light is wel manage even if its grey and quite dark, beautiful landscape, good work in applying the rules :-)

I am always surprised by the lights you catch in your country in winter. All is beautiful here in this landscape and the typical North architecture is nice to be seen, wood and colors. I like the true relation of environnement given here.

I like the textures & lighting in the snow covered fields in the foreground contrasting with the soft vagueness of the clouds. Good shot!
