We all are looking for spring and you post autumn.....anyway,the colors are simillar.A very well composed image with the brown grass in the foreground and the shady parts in the far distance.The image has a great depth and I like the nearly black field leading the eyes to the lonely wooden house (barn?9 in the distance.Good lightmanagement.

Hello Pablo,
Although it's good to have winter finished, it's also nice to see your before-winter photo.
The photo is divided into more different parts: the lighted group of the trees in the upper left corner, the dark area next to it, the black ground and the small house in the end of it, the green grass in the lower right corner and the dry bush in the foreground. They make a very good composition!
The colours are not so vivid, but I don't mind. The green looks quite fresh though. The light condition was perfect and you managed to capture it very well!

Hi Pablo,
A very attractive picture where the newly ploughed field and the shadowed slope lead the eye to the small barn. It is certainly not difficult to find geological formations created in the last period of the ice age here in Scandinavia.

Great, artistic shot. I love these patches of ploughed ground, almost the colour of charcoal on paper. These regular shapes, set against the natural cloud shadow across the valley. Great, complicated geometry at work here!!

Hi, Pablo. You've used the border between the two fields to create a good diagonal line leading to the barn. The contrasts are very good between the ploughed and unploughed fields. The background is still frozen and tells us winter is nearly there. Good depth and nice colours in this rural image.

What a nice new picture, I really like the light and colors very much and the sharpness is brilliant. You chose an excellent point of view and there´s a great feeling of depth inside the picture. You chose the exactly right exposure, so the shadow side isn´t too dark and the light side isn´t too bright, very nice.
Well, I can´t think of anything to improve this composition !

Wow, superb image, Pablo. The brown rectangule stretched as a long arm to the house is fantastic and the light is beautiful. I wonder if it would make a stronger graphic image without the foreground and the line of the land reaching the bottom left corner. However, I have to say that I like this golden vegetation as well.

You caught this lovely pasture in fantastic light. The colors and details are soft, soothing and dream like. I love the varying tones and textures created by this excellent lighting. You must have long winter nights at 64 but long easy summer nights. In Alaska they play semi-pro baseball at midnight in July.

Hello Pablo,

Together with the note, this is a fabulous photographic of the bucolic countryside that you grew up in. Considering the Arctic Circle is located at 66° 33′ you were not far at all. I've visited Trodheim and then the North Cape on two occasions, both times in the summer, and the milder weather you describe compared with Alaska's is very true.

Hello Pablo,Preparing for winter, that is what we are doing but our winter is not as harsh as yours. A very well composed & beautiful image with the brown grass in the foreground and the grey field leading the eyes to the lonely wooden structure. The image has great depth with the dark trees at the end.

Hi Pablo, very nice shot of this autumn tilling. The colour is very good in this shot giving us excellent contrast between the ploughed and unploughed ground. The light in this shot is good too, with good light on the fields, but some interesting shadow detail seen on the hill in the forest. The barn at the end of the ploughed area adds a good focal point for your audience.

Hello Pablo
This photograph evoked your children's memories from the past. It reminds me of my childhood, too :). It wasn't so long time ago, but... it already was ;).
I like this autumnal photo with its colours, light and composition; the main elements of this image are wooden builiding and ploughed field - this field leads my eyes to the house :). But I'm not preparing for the winter, now I'm waiting for the sunny, warm spring :).

Excellent pov of the hut with the dark land drawing the eye there. The grass in the foreground creates excellent balance and contrasts nicely.

Very beautiful rural landscape!I like the dark land here, it almost seems a road leading us to the little wooden house.So many different colours and different kinds of vegetation in this field.Very good composition and light.

You've composed this perfectly. I don't know what that black patch is (burnt field?) but it surely have a nice overall contrast to the whole scene. The placement of the small cottage is also quite strategic ... it is a balancing element. Very good image and color quality. Excellent work! tfs

I like ther strongly graphic diagonals of this composition and the sharply contrasting textures of the dried grasses and the small stones. The small building makes a good focal point.

Four gifts for my eyes in this pastoral scenery: The barn is on a sweet spot, the verdoyant hill pops out darkness, the perspective of plowed area forces attention back and forth on the vastness and finally, the subtlety of near view.

I find this VOMC [1] probably the most artistic - resembling almost a modernist painting with these spear-headed furrows in the field, aimed at the tiny farmhouse.
