Orange hamoc
 |
|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
This is my last view from the rigging of this second voyage on Sorlandet, colisng the serie: I am now descending back to the deck. However, on my way down, I stopped to catch this unusual use of the plastic cover of the rubber dinghy (which is in fact a speedboat, to be used for example in case of a man over board). A perfect natural hamoc (but perhaps a bit warm in the sun).
If you want to have an idea of the difference in altitude, go back to yesterday's posting, taken much higher in the same mast.

Bonjour Emmanuel,
je reconnais de suite tes photos rien qu'avec le vignette, on y devine déjà ces nombreux cordages et voilures.
Le repos bien mérité ?
Je vois que tu es redescendu un peu, cela me donne moins le vertige.
Amicalement.
Daniel.
It's so good to see the width of the ship and the sea at both sides, it give a sense it's moving on. I like the sparklig colours and the particular light filtered throught the sails.
It is the forecastle we are seeing, isn't it?
Hoe i'd like to rest on that deck!
Greetings,
Donato

Bonjour Emmanuel
An interesting shot...I was actually wondering what's that in orange before I read your note. Good symmetry in the compo. with the sparkling waters on either side. Exposure is also well handled. Well done!
Best Regards
