Bergen Pantiles Photo

Photographer’s Note

An automnal walk led me into the little oasis of an open and hidden place in between the old buildings of St. Jørgen Museum. The old hospital museum which earlier was so important in treatment of the lepra disease. The buildings are preserved. I discovered the wonderful texture and pattern of the old pantiles of one of these old buildings. The composition is simple, but I think it contains enough substance to be an interesting motive.

C'est simple et texturé mais je pense qu'un cadre blanc aurait mieux mis cette image en valeur.

I liek the way the normaly regular pattern is actually quite cahotic the closer we look, full of depth and details in this near-perfect DOP.
