Photographer's Note

The Sudetes is a mountain range in Central Europe. The Sudetes stretch from eastern Germany to Poland and the Czech Republic. The highest peak is Snezka, (German: Schneekoppe) in the Krkonosze Mountains on the Czech-Polish border, which is 1,602 metres in altitude. The Krkonoše Mountains have experienced growing tourism for winter sports during the past ten years. Their skiing resorts are becoming a budget alternative to the Alps.
This photo was taken in spring in the central part of Sudetes – the Stone Mountains.

Joli paysage des Sudètes bien mis en image dans ce format vertical bien adapté. J'aime particulièrement les rangées d'arbres en fleurs obliques.

Hello Ryszard,
Lovely crop of this piece of countryside. I specially like the display of the trees looking like hedgehogs in single file. The nature in blossom shows off its vast range of greens with the sun warming its way through the leaves. The brown strip of soil is like a large smile on that green face to say : hello, summertime is back !
