Guitar Gunness Record in Wroclaw. I took some photos during this meeting of guitarists from Poland and Europe. Most of the guitarists were dressed in black, but there were also those who were dressed in strange costumes. In my main photo one of the guitarists probably in Gandalf's costume from the movie " The Lord of the Rings"

At first I though that he was a total charachter but then I realised that the beard wasn't real. Despite that - a good photo.

Ja juz sadzilem, ze Maryla R. przeszla na emeryture, a tu taka niespodzianka...:-)

Ciekawe uliczne ujecie tej postaci z gitara, doskonala ostrosc i naturalna barwa obrazu. Zycie ulicznych muzykow kwitnie na wiosne, a w sezonie letnim wydaje plony dzwieku przeroznych instrumentow. Pozdrawiam.

Another great photo of the meeting of the guitarists. You captured this man in his long costume and with his white beard very well. The light was good as well.

Les musiciens se retrouvent et les guitares laissent échapper les notes de musique sur la place.
Un moment original et bon enfant.
Quant à l'enregistrement de la guitare électrique, le son doit être très réduit.
Bon sujet bien traité.

It was a good idea to look more closely at some of the participants. Three nice photos, but none of them looks like Jimi Hendrix. ;-)

Hi Ryszard,this event of the 1st May in the main square of Wroclaw is incredible,3 beautiful new pics showing some players after the full view of your last post. Yes, this is Gandolf, although at first, I thought it was Merlin.
The amusing part of your clear photograph is the attention of the guitarist.
He is obviously eager to be photographed (you could be from some important music magazine) unaware that there is another photographer behind him!
You can see that the fast stepping pedestrian is in no way interested in the guitarist, or his attire!
It's a well composed and well implemented photograph.

I saw both LOR movies in Bangkok but had forgotten what costume Gandalf was wearing. He looks like a cross hybrid between Santa Claus and Merlin the magician! Good capture of the guitarist with excellent sharpness. Tfs!

Ryszard, many guitarists gather to the guitar meeting in Wroclaw. That photo has captured one of them walking with his instrument in the street. He is wearing a false white beard and an orginal costume. Neat picture

My first idea was Catweazle. I don't know if you can still remember this weirdo from 1970-71 on television. But I’ve neither Gandalf nor Catweazle ever seen play the guitar. But this man with his Santa Claus beard gives a nice picture.
