Photographer’s Note
São Miguel is the largest and most populated island of the Azores and known as "The Green Island".The nickname comes from the verdant lowlands and the laurel forests in the hills.
Numerous geysers and hot springs add geological and botanical interest to the island.
The capital town of Ponta Delgada has neat white homes, many churches and convents reflecting its wealthy trading times.

great image, very clean sharp photo.
I like the truck and person in the shot it gives a sense of scale as well.
