Ocreza Beach Photo

Photographer’s Note

Taken during a week in april that i took on small trip to the Castelo Branco District, this bridge is was build in 1854 by order of the Portugal Queen D. Maria and lets us cross the Ocreza River near a small village called Taberna Seca, also on this place there is a beach on the river and landscape is absolutly breathtaking. A place not to miss.

Curiosamente conheço a ponte, a Taberna Seca e as Sarzedas porque vivi alguns anos na Sertã e fui algumas vezes a Castelo Branco.
A foto está muito bonita e o céu cinzento deu-lhe um certo dramatismo que creio ainda hoje envolve essa zona de Portugal.
