Very particular lighting indeed. What I like the most here is the texture of the sand and the sharpness of the contact between the sand and the rock outcrop. The whole scene looks like it is extra terrestrial ! The only thing that bugs me a bit is the paler sky just above the rocks. A side effect of dodging/burning maybe ?

The lighting here looks spectacular. The stuff you did in Photoshop looks awesome. When I first saw this photo I actually thought you had used a big spot light on the beach to make the lighting look that way. Very nice!

I like a lot your image and think that you hit the nail with that 'bit more PS' ;)!... and managed to create a very attractive picture, with an amazing atmosphere, very much sci-fi like.

The composition, light and colors that you obtained are brilliant.

Regarding the very slight tilt, that should be easy to solve with Photoshop (Image / Rotate Canvas).
