 |
|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
The convent was founded by the Franciscan Capuchins.
The church, longitudinal in plan,Mannerist and Baroque in architecture and comprising porch, nave, chancel whith semi-circular vault, was constructed in the 17th century and rebuild in the 19th.
Of distinction,in the transit chapel of S. Francis, are the polycrome Baroque sculptures made of baked clay, representing the death of St. Francis. |

Hello Luis,
being of Portuguese origin, I cannot resist especially these white frontages which emphasize the glare of the sun and the reverse also, when they are quite exposed, like here.
The only weak point of your photograph is the distortion it objective, to avoid that it is necessary to take a little more retreat, if that is possible, and to choose a more important focal distance, if not there remains postprocessing.
Cordially, Dino
