Tradition, in Portugal any hole is to put some things we don't want in the height, " Trash ". it is sad but while they are going existing these it "covers holes " there it is going giving to take some pictures...

WHat happened to this bright red apple to be discarded this way, stuck into some kind of an improbable hole? Was it too hard to bite into, too sweet, too much sprayed with chemical fertilizers, too... who knows?
You managed to catch an engaging vision of past and present here, Antonio. Rusted pipes, verdigris tinted faucets, cracked cement, traces of humidity, rubble and pebbles... and some fruit doomed to rot! A metaphor for our everyday life, too? ;-)
I created a theme, Exploring shapes and colours and would like to include your picture in it, if that's ok with you. Usually, TrekEarthers don't ask permission for that kind of action, but I respect too much my own posts to "grab" someone else's picture into something one might not want to be associated with; adding a picture to a theme sure shows some appreciation, but it's also a form of appropriation...
