A young Norfolk Island Pine, latin name Araucaria heterophylla because of the different shape between young and mature trees, is a sign the climate shares some of the features of the Best Climates of the World for most european races .
A mature tree with a height of 40-57 m, disintegrating at maturity to release the nut-like edible seeds... signals one of those climates.

These trees are really quite attractive. We have many growing in New Zealand. ANd here is one growing in Portugal, and the climate sounds wonderful... And can I see some gum trees as well?
