All Orthodox Christians celebrate Easter( Paste in Romanian) according to the Easter date in the Julian calendar. This is the most important event in the church calendar.It is estimated that there are more than 250 million Orthodox Christians in the world
Many Orthodox Christians attend church services during the Holy Week that leads up to Easter Sunday.
The Easter Sunday church service is joyous as it celebrates Jesus Christ’s resurrection, as told in the Christian bible.
Visiting Oradea,together with two great friends, Lucian and Liviu, I found a church( I am sure it wasnt an Orthodox one,but this is not important).In front of that church I observed this statue and I liked
