A walk in Oradea Photo

Photographer’s Note

OradeaOradea is the capital city of Bihor County, in Crişana, Romania. It is one of the most prosperous cities of Romania.The town is crossed by the Crisul Repede River and when I visited last week this city I saw this view along the shore of river
All seems old and yet fascinating and surprising ,I saw a lot of fish in water,sign that the water is clean :)

very good deep, overexposure and post-processing adjustment increase the dramatic atmosphere and the beauty of your capture. I like the reflection on the water and the pattern on the wall.

Dear Isabela,
You will have to teach me how to postprocess such b&w images when we visit Romania! Whites are shining and blacks are such dark.
Nice view over the city with a bonus photographer passing by...

Très bon parallèle entre le mur attaqué par le temps et cet homme qui a l'air de vouloir attaquer la vie par sa détermination. Le format est intéressant et permet d'écrire une histoire.
Le ciel est un peu trop cramé mais cela ne me gêne pas trop.

good idea for taking this photo in b&w because it makes the composition looks stronger and timeless. I'm just wondering how you get this contrast on the photos between white and black.

le post processing trsè accentué, fait bien ressortir les contrastes et donne beaucoup de caractère à la photo. Le cadrage est 'top'.

I love the high contrast that you've done here (I'm assuming pp!), it makes for a very striking image. The use of perspective really draws the eye in, towards the dome.
