This weekend, I was looking picture from Romania and I found this picture from Union Square in Timisoara.

This is an old picture taken with my first digital camera

Timişoara also known as "The City of Athletes", is a city in the Banat region of western Romania. It is the capital of Timiş County.
With 311,586 inhabitants (2009), Timişoara, the second largest Romanian city, is the main economic and cultural center in Banat in the west of the country.
The city is also called "Little Vienna", because it belonged for a very long time to the Habsburg Empire and the entire city center consists of buildings built in the Kaiser era, which is reminiscent of the old Vienna. Timişoara is an important university center with the emphasis on subjects like medicine, mechanics and electro-technology. An industrial city with extensive services, it was the first mainland European city to be lit by electric street lamps in 1884. It was also the second European and the first city in what is now Romania with horse drawn trams in 1867. There are numerous claims that Gustave Eiffel, the creator of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, built one of Timişoara's footbridges over the Bega.

piacevole composizione, ricca di elementi.
La vista del prato in primo piano, oltre ad essere molto piacevole, conferisce un buon DOF che finisce sulla vista della bella chiesa.

Hi Aires,
I am not sure anymore weather I visited this square in 1995 or not when I was in Timisoara.
I think they renovated the houses since then as I remember it being pretty grey (in oktober I thnk it was).
Good colors and very nice architecture.

na miniatura até parecia uma cidadezinha histórica de minas gerais com a igreja e o pelourinho.
muito bonita a textura do céu, as linhas da bela igreja e o monumento à trindade (pelo que presumo)linda luz e cores, pov e enquadramento perfewito, belo trabalho
