For those of you who missed some action in my previous vespa shot, here a small vespanning one ;-)

currently posting from Paris where i am attending a bibitours event, have a nice week end everybody :-)

Hello Jean,

A good image, boasting smooth colours and a great motion blur, while the subject remains in perfect sharpness. I like the contrast between the teal of the bike and the red of the background car. I think a frame always gives the shot that kick, it looks very good in this case. Wonderful detail in sharpness and liquid quality. Beautiful.

Salut Jean-Yves,
excellent timing for this panning. The moving part is as sharp as possible and clear with good colours. Well composed with the space in front and the red car in the back is an excellent positioned detail.

Hi Jean-Yves,
The driver does not have the same charm as Audrey Hepburn in the 'Roman Holiday'. But the design looks classic. And pan is perfect. I'd prefer to see the shadow in complete.

Je n'avais pas raté le précédent, mais celle ci est encore plus interessante car elle traite du Vespa phénomène de civilisation !
Ce que j'aime c'est qu'on voit que le constructeur n'a pas fait de modème pour les grands ce qui donne des images amusantes de personnes chevauchant l'engin... Jte dis pas, en ce qui me concerne si je montait là dessus on aurait l'image d'un motar sur un engin miniature !

Bonjour Jean Yves,

De belles couleurs melangés vert-rouge-blue. Une grande sensation de mouvement par le blur de l'arrière-plan, et, surtout, une parfaite définition de la vespa et du motocycliste! Parfait!

Hello Jean Yves. Memories of my old red Vespa come to my mind with this image. I like the good centering of the subject and the good light. Nice colours and sharpness. The blurred background give an idea of the speed and action of the little machine. Good work!

Tu l'avais aussi en mouvement. C'est d'un très joli vert et d'un très belle réalisation.
Je vois que tu as eu la délicatesse de lui faire porter un casque bleu pour l'ouverture de la Coupe du Monde.

Lol! A nice juxtapositioning of the red & green colours of the fg cycle & bg car. Well panned to give good motion blur but still sharp on the cylist. Bon travail!

Hi Jean Yves,

A very catchy title for sure and a well executed panning! Love the sharpness and colours you gotten here! I'm not really into the car parked straight behind the Vespanning, but reading over all critiques most people like it as a contrast that enhances the feeling of speed. It's something personal I guess ;-). Nice shot!

Je ne résiste pas à ce joli filé de vespa... Et à ce jeu de mot anglophone :o)
C'est bien vu, pour avoir ce filé au 1/125" il passait vite le scooter, non ?

Bonjour, Jean-Yves. Un bel exercice de panning. La netteté sur la Vespa est impeccable et l'effet de vitesse bien visible. L'arrière-plan met le sujet bien en valeur grâce au contraste.

Okay, let's forget the car, let's talk about the panning.
Looks good, but for a Vespa the shutter could even go to 1/80 i think....agree?

Bonjour Mr. JYR,
Attracted by your creative title, i needed to stop by and say hello to you, i hope you don't mind :))
I love the blue and green tones in this panning shot, a technique that i am always afraid of trying (because i am afraid of hitting my camera to the people standing next to me, while moving it so fast from left to right...)
The pinsharp Vespa and its rider are evidences of how good you are in this technique. Congrats!

Je vois que MArc te fait de la concurence au niveau des vesoas.
Ce panning est très réussie,l'impression de vitesse est grande,même si il n'allait pas plus vite que la vitesse permise.

Donne le bonjour, de ma part, à Marlyse( et une bise tant qu'à faire ) et sans oublier Pierre Bona.
