Jagnjeci but sa korom ...

Za pripremu ovog specijaliteta potrebno je-
jagnjeci but, 3 cena belog luka, 2 soljice prezle, veza persunovog lista, 10 kasike maslinovog ulja, kasika senfa, 2 decilitra vina, so, biber i kocka za supu.
Izmesati prilog i istim premazati but, staviti u rernu na temperaturi od 220 stepeni i peci na 200 stepeni sa poklopcem, dok meso ne omeksa.
Kao prilog ide dinstano povrce i preliv od jogurta i majoneza sa masnocom od buta.
Moja supruga je doktor medicine i odlican kulinar, uvek napravi neko novo jelo.
