Skusa i oslic.

Za pripremu jela potrebna je skusa, fileti oslica, krompir, crni luka, sargarepa, ulje i zacini.
Na dnu pekaca stavi se ulje, parcici krompira i crni luka, na to se naredjaju parcici skuse levo a na desnu polovinu file oslica.
Na naredjanu ribu stavi se sargarepa, crni luka, parcici krompira i zacini, sve se polije maslinovim uljem.
Pripremljeno jelo se pokrije poklopcem i pece u rerni na temperaturi od 220 C stepeni oko 50 minuta.




Mackerel and hake.

To prepare the meal, mackerel, hake fillets, potatoes, onions, carrots, oil and spices are required.
Oil, potato slices and onions are placed on the bottom of the baking tray, then sliced mackerel on the left, on the right half of the hake fillet.
On the ordered fish are put carrots, onions, slices of potatoes and spices, all drizzled with olive oil.
The prepared dish is covered with a lid and baked in an oven at 220 C for about 50 minutes.
